The kudos should go to the original video creator. I'm glad this blog could be of help in preventing another case of high anxiety and stress. The onus is with the consumer to do the research as well as share information about the good and the bad. The mainstream media has too much of a vested interest to do any investigative reporting, specially when it comes to the cash-rich builders
Okay, I have changed my mind now. I am not going to buy an apartment from any private builder. I will look for land, no matter how small, so at least I have control over how I live. If this is the situation now where will things be in 20 years?
