Real estate BUY/SELL classifieds thread

Let use this thread to post classifieds for sale of apartments/houses/plots in India. I will pin this thread to the top so it can be accessed directly. Sellers please saleable Square Feet area, price and contact information. Buyers please do your due diligence before making the final purchase. Brokers can use this thread if they mention their commission percentage.  Please flag any trolls or undesirable postings.

Amboli in Andheri West. Situation is that quotes for old buildings are at 17K Rs. per sq ft, but customers not willing to pay Rs.12K per sq ft. Its a deadlock. Here and other micro markets in Andheri. Riproaring sales have dropped to a trickle. Investors no more. Infact, brokers are flush with Investor flats, the biggest sale is happening around old Mhada in Oshiwra, shitty construction, but no buyer. For some time now.

can someone update me on Lok Housing projects in Andheri, Mulund, Virar and Khar?

Are these ready for possession? if not, when will they be ready? have they sold all flats? is this builder reputable?

I am an NRI and do not visit india often, but would like to know the status of these projects. TIA.

Are you kidding? In suburb not apartment , people are demanding 25 lakhs for 200 sq. ft room in chawl with no amenities no privacy and you want 1000+ apartment for 50 lakhs? Jago Mohan pyare...btw in this chawl either u share toilet with other members or go to public toilet. So think twice before asking for 1000+ for 50 lakhs . Mumbaikar are far richer than you:)

1295 sq ft. 2 BHK apt in Chennai - OMR. Opposite SIPCOT IT park.
Project Hiranandani Upscale.
4900 per sq ft + builder charges + govt charges.
Total 73L

Builder rate 5250+ for phase1 and 5500+ for phase 2

Equivalent apt from builder costs 80L+

Opp. Hinduja hospital, Sea facing, 7th floor 3 BHK flat and one covered car parking in well-maintained society.

1340sqft carpet @38000 psf + society and govt. transfer fees/taxes

How many mumbaikers do you know that have 50L ready to pay cash for RE? No I am not talking to take loan or sell my any of my current asset or borrow from family/friends...

net worth tied - and how much would be that?. Many haven't seen this money in reality. Just speculating RE worth is 1000%... brought in 20 lacs and now speculating worth 2 crores.

Ask them to produce one fourth of what they ask on speculation and see their faces turn red.

I would rather rent at fraction of RE price and enjoy the life - Live Life King Size than buy RE at high price and live life mouse size.

Let me know when someone is ready for 50L deal.
